Q: How to start a project?

A: To start your project, please send us the design drawings with a list of material, quantity and finish. Then, you will get the quotation from us within 24 hours.

Q: Can you design for me?

A: Yes, we can create designs for you, our research & develop team will support and achieve your idea sample. Also we make own company collection each season, you can select from us the newest styles.

Q: Do you have stock service?

A: Sure. We offer wide range of material in stock color for your choice.

Q: How much costs for sampling, how long takes for sampling

A: For garment sample we will ask 2 times of BULK price. Usually for samples it takes 7-10 days.

Q: What's the minimum quantity of an order for your goods?

A: Normally our order minimum is 300pcs/style, also we make special order with stock fabric and yarn.

Q: We’re not familiar with the international transport, will you handle all the logistic thing?

A: Definitely. Many years experience and long term cooperated forwarder will full support us on it. You can only inform us the delivery date, and then you will receive the goods at office/home. Other concerns leave to us.

Q: What’s the production Lead Time?

A: OEM productions’ ship is according to specific order quantity and customized requirements, we negotiate with customer the best lead time.

Q: Do you test the garments before producing?

A: Yes, we have full fabric and garment testing capability. We work with each client individually to create a testing process that covers their specific needs.
